Group Programmes

Groups are offered online and will change periodically.

Ground Rules for all Groups

Our Occupational Therapy groups are designed to be safe, welcoming and supportive spaces where everyone can participate in a way that feels comfortable for them.

To help us create this environment together, we ask that you:

Be kind and respectful
Everyone brings different experiences and perspectives. Please listen to others, allow space for everyone to contribute and respond without judgement.

Respect confidentiality
What is shared in the group stays in the group. Please do not record, photograph, screenshot or share anything discussed during a session. Where possible, join from a private space and use headphones if others are nearby.

Participate in your own way
There is no pressure to speak or share personal experiences. You are welcome to contribute as much or as little as feels right for you. If having your camera on is difficult or creates a barrier to attending, please let your Occupational Therapist know.

Look after yourself
You are welcome to take a break if you need one. If something feels difficult or brings up something you would prefer to discuss individually, you can speak with your Occupational Therapist after the group.

Be mindful of others
Please avoid talking over others and be considerate of different communication, sensory and accessibility needs. We want everyone to have the opportunity to feel heard and included.

Keep appropriate boundaries
Please respect the privacy of other group members and do not share meeting links or information about other participants outside the group.

Join from a safe space
Please do not attend the group while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.

Most importantly...

You do not need to participate perfectly. Our groups are about connection, exploration and learning together. We want you to feel able to show up as you are and engage in a way that works for you.

If you have any accessibility, communication or sensory needs that would make attending the group easier, please let us know. We will do our best to make reasonable adjustments so that our groups are accessible to you.
